When I’m not managing the chaos of family life, you can find me diving into a good thriller or romance novel, or getting lost in the world of true crime podcasts. And yes, I’m a Peloton enthusiast—my bike is my go-to for stress relief and a burst of energy.
But it’s not all smooth sailing. I’ve faced my share of mental health challenges, and I’ve found that staying organized and keeping up with my workouts are key to feeling balanced and centered. Here, I’ll share my journey through anxiety, self-care tips, and how staying organized helps me keep it all together.
